Robin Singh

Robin Singh joined Lincoln Property Company in Orange County, CA in 2017 where he currently serves as Vice President of Leasing. In this role, Robin focuses on leasing and sales and has played an active role in negotiating over $100 million in lease and sale transactions. He has established a reputation of knowledge, reliability, and professionalism in representing clients in the commercial real estate market.

Additionally, Robin is the Asset Manager at Auckland Partners LLC, a venture he founded in 2018, dedicated to stable, single tenant, triple-net, leased industrial investments across the United States.

Garrick Shupe

Garrick’s 20-year background in Commercial Real Estate includes: tenant & owner/user representation, building sales & listing work, sale/leasebacks, and build-to-suits. In addition to representing tenants and landlords in Southern California, he transacts business throughout the United States for investors purchasing commercial investment assets.

Prior to Lincoln Property Company, Mr. Shupe began his career in Commercial Real Estate with the Staubach Company as an Associate in 2002, and in 2008 worked at Jones Lang LaSalle for 4-years following JLL’s acquisition of the Staubach Company.
